2021年1月30日下午 ，為響應(yīng)號(hào)召，配合防疫，帕爾弗取消了酒店年會(huì)，改在公司食堂簡(jiǎn)單舉辦了2020年年終頒獎(jiǎng)晚會(huì)，表彰了為公司付出卓越貢獻(xiàn)的家人們。

公司在食堂準(zhǔn)備了烤全羊、火鍋等豐盛的晚餐。晚會(huì)開(kāi)始，首先由總經(jīng)理進(jìn)行了2020年年度工作總結(jié)，感謝了各位家人在這一年的辛勤勞動(dòng)與付出，并表達(dá)了對(duì)新的一年的展望與祝福。接下來(lái)，就是對(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)家人們的表彰環(huán)節(jié)。公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為2020年獲得績(jī)效標(biāo)兵、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、精英團(tuán)隊(duì)、羅文獎(jiǎng)、服務(wù)明星、最佳進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)等稱號(hào)的家人們頒發(fā)了榮譽(yù)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)證書(shū)，又為晨會(huì)早操金獎(jiǎng)、金算盤獎(jiǎng)、馬拉松優(yōu)勝獎(jiǎng)等活動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)得主頒發(fā)了獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。期間，還穿插有抽獎(jiǎng)活動(dòng)，取暖器、羊毛被、掃地機(jī)、空氣凈化機(jī)等大禮包，更有公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)增加的抽現(xiàn)金紅包活動(dòng)，讓大家 興致高昂、激情澎湃。
